Home style - Coastguard cottage

This IOW Coastguard Cottage was a sweet little rental property which needed some TLC. By moving some landing doors and putting up a stud partition-I created 3 bedrooms out of 2 bedrooms on the top floor, as there was so much wasted space with overly-large master bedroom. On the ground floor I moved the washing machines into a hall cupboard and with the extra space created an extra shower room in the downstairs cloakroom. Everything els in the house was a superficial re-paint with a Farrow & Ball-style paint colours & new furniture, cushions, rugs & artworks. Most importantly I added extra wardrobe & storage space. Both the front & back gardens were completely transformed from overgrown to places you would like to sit out in the Summer sun.
